Job summary

You will develop proposals, coordinate with design staff, train junior reps, and contribute to sales growth while maintaining strong customer relationships and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum two years of sales experience, preferably in building materials.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Represents the company during the sales process by gathering customer needs and design specs.
• Develops sales contracts for residential, multi-family and commercial projects.
• Troubleshoots field issues and plans effective sales presentations.
