Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a results-driven leader to manage a geographically assigned team of Residential Connectivity Sales Supervisors in Cary, NC. You will drive sales, raise customer satisfaction, and ensure execution of Spectrum’s sales process across field and office teams.

The role requires 5+ years in outside sales, a bachelor’s in business or marketing, strong communication, and the ability to travel to assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years’ outside sales or related work experience.
• Ability to travel to assigned territories and work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead a geographically assigned team of Residential Connectivity Sales Supervisors and their teams.
• Meet and exceed budgeted headcount and sales goals.
• Coach to and follow Charter’s Sales Process.
• Monitor payroll and commission payments.
• Prepare reports and communicate territory assignments.
• Identify training gaps and develop improvement plans.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve goals.
