Responsibilities

• Lead a geographically assigned team of Residential Connectivity Sales Supervisors and their teams.
• Meet and exceed budgeted headcount and sales goals.
• Manage staff including selection, training, performance evaluation, and salary/status changes.
• Monitor payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate commission payments.
• Prepare reports as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve goals.
