Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking an Outside Sales Senior Account Executive to join our Miami Lakes, FL team. You will work directly with business owners and decision-makers to understand their goals and recommend solutions that optimize print and document workflows, reduce costs, and support sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of sales in a B2B environment; 5+ years in high-volume sales preferred.
• Proven cold-calling and prospecting experience.
• Ability to travel as required; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by selling office technology, print management, and software solutions.
• Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities through cold calling, self-generated leads, and marketing-generated opportunities.
• Manage and grow a defined territory while building strong customer relationships.
• Understand customer objectives and recommend solutions that align with their business needs.
• Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, accurate reporting, and awareness of industry trends and market opportunities using Salesforce CRM and other sales tools.
