Job summary

Time Doctor is seeking a Senior Outbound Sales Development Representative to own a qualified pipeline for our upmarket sales motion. This senior IC role leverages an AI-powered outbound system to turn warm conversations into qualified meetings and drives growth with minimal hand-holding.

You will execute high-impact outreach, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with Account Executives to move deals faster.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SDR/BDR/outbound sales with proven pipeline results.
• B2B SaaS sales experience understood by buyer, motion and cycle.
• Strong phone presence and ability to handle high-volume live calls.
• Proven discovery skills and objection handling without a script.
• Excellent written communication (email & social selling).
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI tools in workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the conversion of warm AI-generated inbound/outbound responses into qualified meetings.
• Run structured daily call blocks against high-signal accounts to accelerate conversations.
• Qualify leads quickly, handle objections, and maintain high show rate to booked meetings.
• Engage in social selling and community engagement to surface opportunities.
• Leverage AI-driven workflows to optimize list building, segmentation, and outreach.
