Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Boise, ID seeks a Sr. Clinical Sales Specialist to support orthopedic clients in the territory. You will provide expert clinical and logistical support in hospitals, attend surgeries, and manage equipment and billing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree + minimum of 3 years of professional and/or relevant experience
• Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) + minimum of 5 years of professional and/or relevant experience
• Minimum of 7 years of professional and/or relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Guide surgeons in the operating room by providing expert clinical and technical support for orthopedic cases
• Advance DPS sales by representing the company at surgeries and ensuring proper equipment is available
• Troubleshoot requests, manage hospital billing and purchase orders, and track assets
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and strategy teams to improve service levels
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation
• Move instruments, implants and equipment between teams and hospitals
