• Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with teams to improve solutions and service levels; prepare reports.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Deploy equipment across the territory and ensure product availability.
• Maintain promotional materials and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Move instruments, implants, and equipment between reps and hospitals.
