Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Clinical Sales Specialist to support clients in the Boise, ID territory. You will independently guide surgeons in the OR, provide expert clinical and technical support for orthopedic procedures, and ensure the availability of the right instruments and implants.

This role requires the ability to travel, strong communication, and compelling product knowledge. The position focuses on DePuy Synthes orthopedics within a dynamic MedTech sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience in medical sales
• Minimum 3 years of professional and/or relevant medical/surgical sales experience

Responsibilities

• Independently guide and assist surgeons in clinical settings
• Advance DPS sales by providing direct customer support during surgeries and ensuring proper equipment availability
• Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs; manage hospital billing and purchase orders
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and strategic account teams
• Prepare sales reports and documentation as required
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation
• Maintain equipment deployment and ensure product availability across territory
• Ensure promotional materials are current and compliant
