Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Regional Clinical Sales Specialist to support the Oakland/Walnut Creek, CA territory. You will guide surgeons in the OR, ensure equipment readiness, and drive DPS sales with direct customer support.

The role requires travel within the U.S., strong clinical/technical knowledge of orthopedic instruments, and the ability to work in dynamic hospital environments. A related degree and several years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Associate degree or medical certification plus experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience or recent military transition.
• Ability to travel within the U.S. as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with clinical and technical support.
• Advance DPS sales by representing the company at surgeries and ensuring equipment readiness.
• Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share customer, procedural and marketplace insights to improve service and sales.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Maintain, track, and deploy equipment across the assigned area.
• Ensure promotional materials meet quality standards.
• Provide logistical support moving instruments, implants, and equipment between reps and hospitals.
