Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking an HR Analyst to translate business objectives into technical HRIS requirements and to lead Oracle HCM implementation and improvements. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to refine processes and deliver data-driven insights for workforce decisions.

Responsibilities include eliciting requirements, documenting processes, and developing roadmaps for system enhancements while maintaining data confidentiality and security.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 5+ years HRIS experience in Oracle HCM.
• MS/MA or higher with 3+ years HRIS experience in Oracle HCM.
• Degree in HR, Information Systems, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into technical requirements.
• Manage multiple HRIS projects (Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, etc.).
• Serve as liaison with IT/HR/Payroll and third parties (vendors).
• Document HR processes using BPM diagrams, data models, and use case scenarios.
• Contribute to Oracle HCM implementation and maintenance (Core HR, Benefits, Talent Mgt, Recruiting).
• Identify process gaps, improvements, and opportunities for cost reduction.
