Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking an HR Analyst to translate business objectives into technical HRIS requirements and manage Oracle HCM modules. You will drive process improvements, partner with IT and vendors, and help shape people strategy through data-driven insights.

You will document HR processes, support quarterly updates of Oracle HCM, and contribute to change management and strategic planning. Strong communication and BI skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 5 years HRIS experience using Oracle HCM, or MS/MA with 3 years.
• Preferred: Degree in HR, IS, HR management or business administration.
• Experience identifying business requirements, configuring Oracle HCM, and testing.
• Experience with BI reports, dashboards using Power BI.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and change management skills.
• Experience as a Product Manager in an agile/scrum environment.

Responsabilités

• Translate business objectives into technical requirements for HRIS projects.
• Manage multiple HRIS projects—Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and more.
• Liaise with IT, HR, payroll and vendors; present updates.
• Document HR processes using diagrams, data models, and definitions.
• Support Oracle HCM implementation and quarterly updates.
• Identify process gaps, improvements, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor performance and develop roadmaps for capability improvement.
• Develop business cases and requirements for software solutions.
• Facilitate design and development of technical solutions between stakeholders.
• Support change management and stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute to HR strategic planning with cross-system knowledge.
