Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking an HR Analyst to translate business objectives into technical HRIS requirements and manage Oracle HCM modules. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to optimize Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, and Performance Management within a secure, compliant environment.

In this role you will elicit requirements, document business processes, facilitate stakeholder sessions, and drive improvements across HR processes and technology,

Qualifications

• BS/BA plus 5 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM or MS/MA with 3 years HRIS experience
• Experience with process modeling, data analysis, and HR systems integration
• Experience with dashboards and BI tools (Power BI)

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyze HR requirements and improvement opportunities.
• Document HR processes using diagrams, data models, state transition models, use case scenarios, business rules, and definitions.
• Lead implementation and sustainment of Oracle HCM suite (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Mgt, Recruiting, Absence Mgmt, HR Help Desk).
• Collaborate with project team on requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and quarterly updates.
• Identify process interfaces, gaps, variances, inconsistencies, and user experiences.
