Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking an HR Analyst to translate business objectives into HRIS requirements and manage Oracle HCM modules. You will work with HR, IT, and vendors to implement enhancements, document processes, and drive improvements across Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, and Analytics.

You will facilitate sessions with executives, researchers, and program staff, analyze requirements, and help shape HR strategy through data insights.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA with 5 years HRIS Oracle HCM experience.
• MS/MA with 3 years HRIS Oracle HCM experience.
• Experience with business process modeling and BI reporting.

Aufgaben

• Translate business objectives into technical requirements for HRIS.
• Manage projects around Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance).
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and drive consensus across teams.
• Document HR business processes using standard diagrams and models.
• Identify improvements, monitor performance, and develop roadmaps.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and solution providers.
• Assist with change management and relationship management for digital platforms.
