Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking an HR Analyst to translate business objectives into HRIS requirements and manage Oracle HCM modules across core HR, benefits, and talent management. The role involves coordinating with HR, IT, and vendors to implement improvements and sustain systems.

The ideal candidate will have HRIS experience with Oracle HCM, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to drive process improvements and change management within a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• BS/BA in HRIS or related field preferred.
• MS/MA or higher and experience with Oracle HCM is preferred.
• Experience with process modeling, organizational development, or related field.
• Experience with BI reports and dashboards (Power BI).
• Experience implementing modern technologies to replace aging legacy systems.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business objectives into technical requirements for HRIS applications.
• Manage multiple projects related to HRIS administration (Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.).
• Document HR processes using standard diagrams and models.
• Support implementation and sustainment of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Talent Mgmt).
• Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
