Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) seeks an HR Analyst to translate business needs into Oracle HCM configurations and manage HRIS projects across Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and more. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to optimize processes and deliver data-driven insights.

You will elicit requirements, document processes, and support BI reporting while ensuring data security and confidentiality across the people systems landscape.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include BS/BA with 5 years of HRIS experience using Oracle HCM or MS/MA with 3 years HRIS Oracle HCM.
• Preferred qualifications include HR/IS degree and experience with BI dashboards, process modeling, and agile environments.
• Experience identifying business requirements, configuring Oracle HCM, and testing is highly valued.
• Strong communication, facilitation and change-management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into technical requirements and manage HRIS-related projects.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and solution providers for HR tech implementations.
• Document HR processes with standard diagrams, data models, and use cases.
• Support Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Absence Mgmt.
• Identify process gaps, opportunities for improvement, and cost-reduction strategies.
