Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) seeks an HR Analyst to translate business objectives into technical HRIS requirements and manage Oracle HCM modules. You will liaise with HR, IT, and stakeholders, document processes, and drive improvements across Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Recruiting within a multi-function team.

The role emphasizes process elicitation, data analysis, and change management to enhance HR workflows, governance, and system performance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 5 years of HRIS experience with Oracle HCM, or MS/MA with 3 years HRIS experience.
• Experience identifying business requirements, formulating solutions, configuring Oracle HCM.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into technical requirements and manage HRIS projects.
• Elicit and analyze HR processes, document business processes, and develop requirements for software solutions.
• Partner with IT and stakeholders to design, configure, test, and deploy Oracle HCM modules.
