Zusammenfassung

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) invites an HR Analyst to translate business objectives into technical HRIS requirements and manage Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Benefits, and Recruiting. You will liaise with IT, HR, and stakeholders to drive improvements and ensure secure, compliant data practices.

You will facilitate sessions with executives and staff, elicit requirements, document processes, and support change management as part of a broader People strategy.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA and 5 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM
• MS/MA or higher and 3 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM
• Degree in HR, IS, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred
• Experience identifying business requirements, formulating solutions, defining and reviewing configurations, and testing with Oracle HCM
• Experience in process modeling and design, organizational development, operational and business support
• Experience with business intelligence reports, dashboards, and applications using Power BI
• Experience implementing modern technologies to replace aging legacy systems
• Excellent communication skills, facilitation skills, and experience with change management
• Experience preparing return-on-investment analyses
• Understanding of policies, standards, management systems and procedures
• Experience serving as a Product Manager in an agile/scrum environment

Aufgaben

• Help facilitate working sessions and communication with diverse stakeholder groups including executive and senior management, R&D staff, M&O program stewards, subject matter experts, and information technology staff
• Elicit and analyze business requirements, rules, and improvement opportunities to HR processes and systems
• Document HR business processes and knowledge using standard tools such as diagrams, data models, state transition models, use case scenarios, business rules, and definitions
• Lead the implementation and sustainment of Oracle HCM suite (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Mgt, Recruiting, Absence Mgmt, HR Help Desk)
• Identify process interfaces, gaps, variances, inconsistencies, and user experiences
• Identify opportunities for improvement, streamlining, cost reduction, efficiency
• Monitor and measure processes and information performance
• Develop improvement roadmaps for business capability improvement
• Develop business cases for potential solutions
• Develop business requirements for software solutions
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and solution providers
• Assist with change management and relationship management with digital platform managers
• Contribute to HR strategic planning with knowledge of existing systems and integrations
