Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking an HR Analyst to translate business objectives into technical HRIS requirements, manage Oracle HCM modules, and drive improvements across HR processes. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors, document processes, and support the People strategy with data-driven insights.

The role emphasizes stakeholder facilitation, requirement elicitation, and the sustainment of HR systems, including security and data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in HR, Information Systems, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience identifying business requirements, formulating solutions, configuring/ testing Oracle HCM.
• Experience with process modeling, organizational development, and business support.
• Experience with BI reports, dashboards, and Power BI implementations.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyze business requirements, rules, and improvements for HR processes and systems.
• Document HR processes using diagrams, data models, and use cases.
• Lead implementation and sustainment of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Talent Mgt, Recruiting, Absence Mgmt).
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to design and deploy solutions.
