Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking an HR Analyst to translate business needs into HRIS requirements and to manage Oracle HCM-related projects. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to optimize core HR, benefits, compensation, and talent management modules while driving process improvements.

The role emphasizes requirements elicitation, design, configuration testing, and deployment, with a strong focus on data analytics and change management across the HR ecosystem.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 5 years of HRIS experience with Oracle HCM or MS/MA and 3 years of HRIS experience with Oracle HCM.
• Experience identifying business requirements, formulating solutions, configuring Oracle HCM, and testing.
• Experience in process modeling, organizational development, operational support, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate working sessions with diverse stakeholders including executives, R&D staff, and IT.
• Elicit and analyze business requirements, rules, and improvements for HR processes and systems.
• Document HR processes using standard tools like process diagrams, data models, and use cases.
• Lead implementation and sustainment of Oracle HCM suite (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Mgmt, Recruiting, Absence Mgmt).
• Identify process interfaces, gaps, inconsistencies, and user experiences.
• Develop improvement roadmaps and business cases for solutions.
