Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking an HR Analyst to translate business objectives into technical HRIS requirements and manage multi-module Oracle HCM implementations. The role coordinates with HR, IT, and vendors, documents processes, and drives continuous improvement across core HR, benefits, compensation, and recruiting.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, change management, and analytical skills, with experience in BI reporting and agile environments.

Competenze

• Minimum Qualifications: BS/BA and 5 years of HRIS experience with Oracle HCM or MS/MA or higher and 3 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM.
• Preferred Qualifications: Degree in HR, IS, HR Management, Business Administration; experience with Oracle HCM configurations and testing; BI reports/dashboards; agile product management.

Mansioni

• Translate business objectives into technical requirements for HRIS projects.
• Manage multiple HRIS projects across Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, etc.).
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Payroll, vendors; facilitate meetings; drive consensus.
• Document HR processes using diagrams, data models, use cases, and rules.
• Identify gaps, improvements, and opportunities for cost reductions and efficiency gains.
• Develop business cases and requirements for software solutions.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and solution providers.
• Support change management and stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute to HR strategic planning and system health assessments.
