Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking a Senior HR Analyst to optimize HR business processes and systems. You will elicit requirements, analyze improvements, and document processes while partnering with Oracle HCM for configuration, testing, deployment, and updates.

Ideal candidates bring HRIS experience with Oracle HCM, strong requirements gathering, and process modeling skills, plus experience with BI tools such as Power BI to support reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 7 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM OR MS/MA with 5 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM.
• Experience with process modeling, business analysis, and requirements gathering.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate sessions with executives, R&D staff, and IT teams.
• Elicit and analyze HRIS requirements and improvement opportunities.
• Document HR business processes using standard modeling tools.
• Partner on Oracle HCM configuration, testing, deployment, and updates.
• Identify interfaces, gaps, variances, and user experiences.
• Develop roadmaps for business capability improvements.
