Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking a Senior HR Analyst to optimize HR processes, system integrations, and Oracle HCM configurations. You will elicit requirements, model business processes, and collaborate with stakeholders across executive, R&D, and IT teams.

Ideal candidates bring strong HRIS experience, Oracle HCM expertise, and a track record in process improvement and change management within a large organization.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 7 years HRIS experience or MS/MA with 5 years HRIS experience.
• Experience with Oracle HCM suite and HRIS implementations.
• Degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sessions with executives, R&D staff, and IT teams.
• Elicit and analyze HR business requirements and improvements.
• Document HR processes using BPM, data models, and use cases.
• Support Oracle HCM implementation and quarterly updates.
• Identify process gaps, variances, and user experience issues.
• Develop roadmaps and business cases for solutions.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders and solution providers.
• Assist with culture change management.
• Manage relationships with digital platform managers.
• Contribute to HR strategic planning with system knowledge.
