Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking a Senior HR Analyst to optimize HR processes and systems, with emphasis on Oracle HCM and BI reporting. You will elicit requirements, document processes, model data, and work closely with stakeholders and IT to implement improvements.

You will lead efforts in change management, roadmapping, and business case development, partnering with HR and digital platform teams to ensure compliant, efficient operations across the lab.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 7 years of HRIS experience focusing on Oracle HCM orMS/MA with 5 years of HRIS experience focusing on Oracle HCM.
• Experience in process modeling, organizational development, and HR systems.
• Experience with BI reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience serving as a Product Manager in an Agile/Scrum software environment.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate working sessions with executives, senior management, R&D staff, and IT.
• Elicit and analyze HR business requirements and improvement opportunities for HR processes and systems.
• Document HR processes using diagrams, data models, state transition models, use case scenarios, and business rules.
• Support Oracle HCM implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and quarterly updates.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction and better user experience.
• Develop roadmaps and business cases for HR system improvements and software solutions.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and solution providers; assist with change management.
