Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) in the United States seeks a Senior HR Analyst to optimize HR business processes and systems. You will elicit requirements, model processes, and drive improvements across Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Benefits, and Talent Management, partnering with IT and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include facilitating sessions, documenting business requirements, developing roadmaps, and supporting BI reporting with Power BI.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 7 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM or MS/MA with 5 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM
• Preferred: Degree in HR, IS, HRM, Business Admin or related field
• Experience identifying business requirements and testing Oracle HCM configurations
• Experience in process modeling, org development, and operational support
• Experience with BI reports, dashboards using Power BI
• Experience implementing modern technologies to replace legacy systems
• Knowledge of PNNL and Battelle process management
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills
• Experience preparing ROI analyses
• Product Manager experience in agile/scrum environments

Responsibilities

• Facilitate working sessions with executives, R&D staff, and IT personnel
• Elicit and analyze HR business requirements and improvements
• Document HR processes with diagrams, data models, and use cases
• Support Oracle HCM implementation (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Mgt, Recruiting, Absence Mgmt)
• Identify process gaps and opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction
• Monitor and measure HR processes and information performance
• Develop roadmaps for capability improvements
• Create business cases for HR solutions
• Coordinate design and development between stakeholders and providers
• Assist with culture change management
• Manage relationships with digital platform managers
• Contribute to HR strategic planning with system knowledge
