Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) seeks a Senior HR Analyst to optimize HR processes, elicit requirements, and drive improvements across Oracle HCM modules. You will collaborate with executives, R&D staff, and IT to design solutions and support quarterly updates.

You will lead efforts in process modeling, data-driven analysis, and change management while coordinating with solution providers to ensure scalable, compliant HR technology solutions.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 7 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM or MS/MA with 5 years HRIS experience.
• Preferred: degree in HR, Information Systems, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience identifying business requirements, formulating solutions, defining and reviewing configurations, and testing with Oracle HCM.
• Experience in process modeling and design, organizational development, operational and business support, or related field.
• Experience with business intelligence reports, dashboards, and applications using Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience implementing modern technologies to replace aging legacy systems.
• Experience developing actionable long-term improvement strategies.
• Knowledge of PNNL and Battelle process management; strong communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
• Experience serving as a Product Manager in an agile/scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate working sessions with diverse stakeholders including executive and R&D staff.
• Elicit and analyze business requirements and improvements to HR processes and systems.
• Document HR processes using diagrams, data models, and business rules.
• Contribute to Oracle HCM implementation and quarterly updates with the project team.
• Identify interfaces, gaps, variances, and user experiences in HR systems.
• Develop roadmaps for business capability improvements.
• Develop business cases and requirements for software solutions.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders and solution providers.
• Assist with culture change management and stakeholder relationship management.
• Contribute to HR strategic planning with knowledge of systems and integrations.
