Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking a Senior HR Analyst to advance HR processes, data, and systems. You will elicit requirements, model processes, and collaborate with IT on Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, Absence Mgmt, and HR Help Desk.

The role requires strong HRIS/Oracle HCM experience, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to create business cases, roadmaps, and Power BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 7 years of HRIS experience with Oracle HCM or MS/MA with 5 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM.
• Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience identifying business requirements, formulating solutions, defining configurations, and testing with Oracle HCM.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders including executive leadership and IT staff.
• Elicit and analyze business requirements, rules, and improvement opportunities for HR processes and systems.
• Document HR processes using DFDs, data models, state diagrams, use cases and business rules.
• Lead implementation and sustainment of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Mgt, Recruiting, Absence Mgmt, HR Help Desk).
• Identify process interfaces, gaps, variances, and user experiences; propose improvements and cost reductions.
• Monitor and measure HR processes and information performance; develop improvement roadmaps.
• Develop business cases for potential HR solutions and business requirements for software.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and solution providers; assist with change management.
