Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) seeks a Senior HR Analyst to drive HR process improvement and system optimization, leveraging Oracle HCM and BI capabilities. You will elicit requirements, model processes, and partner with IT to design and deploy solutions that enhance efficiency and compliance.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, change management, and ongoing performance measurement.

Qualifications

BS/BA with 7 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM or MS/MA with 5 years HRIS experience.
Preferred: degree in HR, IS, HR management, business admin or related field.
Strong experience identifying business requirements, configuring Oracle HCM, testing and deployment.
Experience in process modeling, organizational development, and BI/reporting.

Responsibilities

Facilitate sessions with executives and stakeholders to improve HR processes.
Analyze requirements, rules and improvement opportunities for HR processes and systems.
Document HR processes using diagrams, data models and use cases.
Support Oracle HCM modules: Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Mgmt, Recruiting, Absence Mgmt, HR Help Desk.
Identify gaps, variances and user experience improvements.
Develop roadmaps and business cases for solutions.
Serve as liaison between business and solution providers.
Assist with change management and relationship management with digital platform teams.
