Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) seeks a Senior HR Analyst to optimize HR processes and Oracle HCM configurations, ensuring compliance and affordability. You will elicit requirements, model processes, and design improvements while partnering with stakeholders across leadership, R&D, and IT.

You will lead efforts in process documentation, data modeling, and HR tech solutions, including BI reporting, change management, and program governance, to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• BS/BA + 7 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM or MS/MA + 5 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM
• Preferred: degree in HR, IS, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with process modeling, organizational development, and HRIS dashboards/reports using Power BI
• Experience implementing modern technologies to replace aging systems and developing long-term improvement strategies
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sessions with executives, senior management, R&D staff, and IT personnel
• Elicit and analyze HR business requirements and improvement opportunities
• Document HR processes using diagrams, data models, and business rules
• Support Oracle HCM modules: Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Mgmt, Recruiting, Absence Mgmt, HR Help Desk
• Identify interfaces, gaps, variances, and user experiences; develop improvement roadmaps
• Develop business cases and requirements for software solutions; liaison between stakeholders and providers
• Assist with culture change management and relationships with digital platform teams
• Contribute to HR strategic planning with knowledge of systems integrations and health
