Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking an HR Analyst to translate business objectives into technical HRIS requirements and manage Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, etc.). The role collaborates with HR, IT, and vendors, documents processes, and drives improvements across HR capabilities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HRIS with Oracle HCM or 3+ years with MS/MA, strong analytical skills, and experience with Power BI for reporting.

Qualifications

BS/BA with 5 years HRIS experience in Oracle HCM or
MS/MA with 3 years HRIS experience in Oracle HCM
Experience documenting requirements and collaborating with stakeholders

Responsibilities

Translate business objectives into technical requirements and manage HRIS projects.
Coordinate with HR, IT, and vendors on Oracle HCM configuration and updates.
Document HR processes using diagrams, data models and use cases.
Identify improvements, cost reductions, and workflow enhancements.
Support change management and stakeholder relationship management.
