Job summary

PNNL's Human Resources organization is seeking a Senior HR Analyst to improve HR processes and systems, including Oracle HCM modules and reporting with Power BI. You will elicit requirements, document processes, and collaborate with stakeholders and IT to implement solutions and drive efficiency.

You will lead sessions with executives, analyze data, and develop roadmaps and business cases, contributing to transformation and workforce programs across the lab.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a relevant field with 7 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM OR MS/MA with 5 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM
• Preferred: Degree in HR, IS, HR Management, Business Administration or related field; experience with Oracle HCM configurations and testing
• Experience with BI reports, dashboards, and applications using Power BI
• Experience serving as Product Manager in an agile/scrum software development environment

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sessions with diverse stakeholders including executives and senior management
• Elicit and analyze HR business requirements, rules, and improvement opportunities
• Document HR processes using diagrams, data models, state transition models, use case scenarios and definitions
• Lead Oracle HCM implementation activities across Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Mgt, Recruiting, Absence Mgmt, HR Help Desk
• Identify process interfaces, gaps, variances, and user experiences
• Develop roadmaps, improvement agendas, and business cases for solutions
• Develop business requirements for software solutions and liaison between stakeholders and providers
• Assist with culture change management and relationship management with platform managers
• Contribute to HR strategic planning with knowledge of systems and integrations
