Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) seeks an HRIS-focused analyst to translate business needs into Oracle HCM configurations and manage HRIS projects across Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting. You will liaise with IT and HR stakeholders, document processes, and drive improvements using BI dashboards and agile practices.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 5 years HRIS experience in Oracle HCM or MS/MA with 3 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM.
• Degree in HR, IS, HR Management, Business Admin or related field preferred.
• Experience with Oracle HCM configuration, testing, and dashboards.
• Experience with business intelligence reports and Power BI.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and change management skills.
• Experience as a Product Manager in agile/scrum software environments.

Responsabilités

• Translate business objectives into technical requirements for HRIS.
• Manage multiple projects around HRIS modules (Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, etc.).
• Liaise with IT/HR/Payroll and third parties; present project updates and issues.
• Document HR processes with diagrams, data models, and use cases.
• Support Oracle HCM implementation and quarterly updates.
• Identify process improvements and cost reductions; monitor performance.
