Job summary

PNNL, a premier national laboratory, seeks a Senior HR Analyst to optimize HR processes and systems. You will elicit requirements, model business processes, and drive Oracle HCM implementations across Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting and more.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 7 years of HRIS experience using Oracle HCM.
• MS/MA or higher with 5 years HRIS experience using Oracle HCM.
• Degree in HR, Information Systems, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred.
• Experience with business intelligence reports, dashboards, and applications using Microsoft Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyze business requirements for HR processes and systems.
• Document HR processes using diagrams, data models, state transition models, use cases, business rules and definitions.
• Lead the implementation and sustainment of Oracle HCM (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Mgmt, Recruiting, Absence Mgmt, HR Help Desk).
• Partner with project teams on requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and quarterly updates.
• Identify process interfaces and opportunities for improvement, cost reduction and efficiency.
