Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) seeks an experienced Senior HR Analyst to optimize HR processes and systems using Oracle HCM, data models, and BI dashboards. You’ll partner with executives, researchers, and IT to elicit requirements, design solutions, and drive improvements across Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management.

The role emphasizes change management, stakeholder engagement, and analytical governance to ensure compliant, efficient HR operations and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with HRIS Oracle HCM systems.
• Experience identifying business requirements, formulating solutions, configurations, and testing with Oracle HCM.
• Experience with process modeling, organizational development, and HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sessions with executives, R&D staff, and IT stakeholders.
• Analyze business requirements and improvement opportunities for HR processes.
• Document HR processes with diagrams, data models, and business rules.
• Lead Oracle HCM implementation stages: design, configuration, testing, deployment, updates.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and user experience improvements.
• Develop roadmaps and business cases for HR solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and coordinate with solution providers.
• Support change management and stakeholder relationship management.
