Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking a Senior HR Analyst to optimize HR processes, leveraging Oracle HCM and business process analysis. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation, and effective HR system design across core HR, benefits, compensation, and recruiting modules.

The position requires strong communication, change management, and analytical skills to drive cost-effective improvements and align HR tech with business strategy.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA with 7 years of HRIS experience using Oracle HCM OR MS/MA with 5 years of HRIS experience in Oracle HCM.
• Experience in process modeling and design, organizational development, and HR operations support.
• Experience with BI reports/dashboards; Power BI experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate sessions with executives, R&D staff, and IT stakeholders.
• Elicit and analyze HR business requirements and improvement opportunities.
• Document HR processes using standard diagrams, data models, and business rules.
• Support Oracle HCM implementation across Core HR, Benefits, and Recruiting modules.
• Identify process interfaces, gaps, variances, and user experiences.
• Develop improvement roadmaps and business cases for HR solutions.
• Develop and validate requirements for software solutions.
• Liaise between business stakeholders and solution providers.
• Assist with people change management and stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute to HR strategic planning with knowledge of systems and integration points.
