Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking a Senior HR Analyst to optimize HR processes and systems, focusing on Oracle HCM, benefits, compensation, talent management, and recruiting.

You will elicit requirements, model processes, and partner with IT and business stakeholders to design, test, and deploy improvements, with emphasis on data-driven analysis and change management.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related field with 7 years HRIS experience or MS/MA with 5 years HRIS experience in Oracle HCM.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Oracle HCM configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of business processes, requirements gathering, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyze HR business requirements and improvements for HR processes and systems.
• Document HR processes using diagrams, data models, and use case scenarios.
• Lead or participate in Oracle HCM implementation, configuration, testing, and quarterly updates.
