Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking a Senior HR Analyst to optimize HR processes, analyze requirements, and drive Oracle HCM implementations across Core HR, Benefits, and Talent Management. You will engage with executives and IT teams to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness while shaping HR systems strategy.

The role emphasizes process modeling, change management, and business case development, with a focus on BI dashboards and data-driven improvements using Power BI.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 7 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM.
• MS/MA with 5 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM.
• Degree in HR, IS, or related field preferred.
• Experience with BI reports/dashboards using Power BI.
• Experience as Product Manager in agile/scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sessions with executives, R&D staff, and IT stakeholders.
• Elicit and analyze HRIS requirements and improvement opportunities.
• Document HR processes using BPM diagrams, data models, and use cases.
• Lead Oracle HCM implementation: Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Mgt, Recruiting, Absence Mgmt, HR Help Desk.
• Identify process gaps, variances, and user experience issues.
• Develop improvement roadmaps and business cases for solutions.
• Coordinate liaison between business stakeholders and solution providers.
• Assist with people change management and stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute to HR strategic planning and performance health.
