Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking a Senior HR Analyst to optimize HR processes and technology. You will elicit requirements, model processes, and drive Oracle HCM deployments with cross-functional teams across HR, IT, and operations.

The role emphasizes business process improvement, data-driven analysis, and collaboration on HR technology roadmaps to enhance efficiency and governance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 7+ years HRIS experience using Oracle HCM.
• MS/MA or higher with 5+ years HRIS experience using Oracle HCM.
• Experience with HR business processes and Oracle HCM configuration and testing.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sessions with executives, R&D staff, and IT.
• Elicit and analyze HR requirements and improve processes.
• Document HR processes with diagrams, data models, use cases.
• Support Oracle HCM implementation and quarterly updates.
• Identify gaps, variances, and improve user experience.
• Develop roadmaps and business cases for solutions.
• Liaise between stakeholders and solution providers.
• Support change management initiatives.
