Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking an HR Analyst to translate objectives into technical HRIS requirements. You will manage Oracle HCM modules, engage with HR, IT, and stakeholders, and drive process improvements across Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, and more.

You will elicit requirements, document HR processes, and partner with solution providers to deploy and sustain the system while supporting change management and governance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 5 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM OR MS/MA with 3 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM.
• Experience with process modeling, change management, and BI reporting.
• Experience translating business objectives into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates sessions with diverse stakeholder groups including executive and senior management and IT staff.
• Elicit and analyze business requirements, rules, and improvement opportunities to HR processes and systems.
• Document HR processes using business diagrams, data models, and use case scenarios.
• Lead implementation and sustainment of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Mgmt, Recruiting, Absence Mgmt, HR Help Desk).
• Identify process interfaces, gaps, variances, and user experiences.
• Propose improvements to reduce costs, increase efficiency and streamline processes.
• Monitor and measure business process performance with qualitative and quantitative data.
• Develop roadmaps and business cases for capability improvements.
