Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) seeks an HR Analyst to translate business objectives into technical HRIS requirements and drive Oracle HCM implementations. You will liaison with IT, HR, and vendors, documenting processes, analyzing data, and delivering insights to shape People strategy.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, change management, and the design of sustainable HR solutions with BI dashboards and performance management modules.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 5 years HRIS experience using Oracle HCM.
• MS/MA with 3 years HRIS experience using Oracle HCM.
• Preferred: degree in HR, IS, HR Management or Business Admin.
• Experience with BI reports and dashboards (Power BI).
• Experience in agile/scrum product management.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyze business requirements for HR processes and systems.
• Document HR processes using BPMN, data models, and use cases.
• Lead Oracle HCM module implementation and quarterly updates.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors; manage cross-functional interfaces.
• Develop improvement roadmaps and business cases for solutions.
