Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking a Senior HR Analyst to streamline HR processes and systems. The role focuses on requirements elicitation, process modeling, and managing Oracle HCM implementations, with a strong emphasis on efficiency, compliance, and affordability across HR workflows.

You will partner with stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to strategic HR planning while supporting change management and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in HR with 7 years HRIS experience including Oracle HCM.
• MS/MA or higher and 5 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM.
• Preferred: HR, IS, or business admin degree and Power BI experience.
• Experience analyzing requirements, configuring HR systems, testing and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sessions with diverse stakeholders including executives and IT staff.
• Elicit and analyze HR processes and improvement opportunities.
• Document HR processes using diagrams, data models, and use cases.
• Support Oracle HCM implementation, configuration, testing and quarterly updates.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency.
• Develop roadmaps and business cases for new solutions.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders and solution providers; support change management.
