Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking a Senior HR Analyst to enhance HR processes, leverage Oracle HCM, and drive data-driven improvements. You will collaborate with executives, researchers, and IT teams to elicit requirements, document processes, and support HR technology deployments including Oracle HCM modules.

The role emphasizes business analysis, process optimization, and change management to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness across HR operations.

Qualifications

BS/BA with 7 years HRIS experience Oracle HCM or MS/MA with 5 years HRIS experience Oracle HCM.
Excellent communication, facilitation and change management skills.
Experience with Power BI dashboards and BI reports.
Experience serving as a Product Manager in an agile/scrum environment.

Responsibilities

Facilitate working sessions with executive, senior management, R&D staff, M&O program stewards, SMEs, and IT staff.
Elicit and analyze business requirements for HR processes and systems.
Document HR processes using diagrams, data models, use cases, and rules.
Support Oracle HCM implementation including Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Mgt, Recruiting, Absence Mgmt, HR Help Desk.
Identify interfaces, gaps, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop roadmaps for business capability improvements and business cases for solutions.
Liaise between stakeholders and solution providers and assist with people change management.
