Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking a Senior HR Analyst to optimize HR processes and systems. You will elicit requirements, model processes, and coordinate Oracle HCM implementations across Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Recruiting. Collaboration with stakeholders and IT will drive improvements and cost efficiency.

The role emphasizes change management, data analysis, business case development, and ongoing process optimization in a large research environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 7 years HRIS Oracle HCM experience, or MS/MA with 5 years.
• Preferred degree in HR, Information Systems, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in process modeling, organizational development, or related areas.
• Experience with BI reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Experience as a Product Manager in agile software environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate working sessions with executives, R&D staff, and IT.
• Elicit and analyze HRIS requirements and improvement opportunities.
• Document HR processes using diagrams, data models, and business rules.
• Support Oracle HCM implementation across Core HR, Benefits, Talent, and Recruiting.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and user experience improvements.
• Develop roadmaps and business cases for solutions.
• Partner with solution providers and stakeholders on design, config, testing, and deployment.
• Assist with HR change management and stakeholder relationship management.
• Contribute to HR strategy with insights on systems health and integrations.
