Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking a Senior HR Analyst to enhance HR processes and systems. You will elicit requirements, model processes, and support Oracle HCM deployment across Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, Absence Management, and HR Help Desk.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, change management, and driving efficiency through data-driven insights and business cases.

Qualifications

BS/BA in HR or IT with 7 years HRIS/Oracle HCM experience OR MS/MA with 5 years HRIS/Oracle HCM experience.
Experience identifying business requirements, formulating solutions, defining and reviewing configurations, and testing with Oracle HCM.
Experience in process modeling and design, organizational development, operational and business support.
Experience with business intelligence reports, dashboards, and applications using Power BI.
Experience implementing modern technologies to replace aging legacy systems.

Responsibilities

Facilitate working sessions and communications with executive and senior management, R&D staff, and IT staff.
Elicit and analyze business requirements, rules, and improvement opportunities for HR processes and systems.
Document HR business processes using standard modeling tools and definitions.
Lead implementation and sustainment of Oracle HCM components including Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Mgt, Recruiting, Absence Mgmt, HR Help Desk.
