Job summary
Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) invites applications for an HR Analyst to translate business objectives into technical HRIS requirements and drive Oracle HCM-based solutions. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to implement Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, and more, ensuring data security and compliant processes.
The role emphasizes elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business needs, plus change management and performance measurement through BI
Qualifications
- BS/BA with 5 years of HRIS experience in Oracle HCM, or MS/MA with 3 years.
- Preferred: degree in HR, IS, or related field and Oracle HCM configuration/testing experience.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate sessions with executives, R&D staff, and IT stakeholders.
- Elicit and analyze HR process requirements and improvement opportunities.
- Document HR business processes with standard diagrams and definitions.
- Lead the Oracle HCM implementation and quarterly updates with vendors.
- Identify gaps, ensure data security, and drive process improvements.
- Develop roadmaps and business cases for HR solutions.
- Serve as liaison between stakeholders and solution providers.
