Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is looking for an HR Analyst to translate business objectives into HRIS requirements and manage Oracle HCM modules across Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting. You will drive process improvements, partner with IT and vendors, and help design scalable HR solutions.

The role emphasizes requirements elicitation, data analysis, change management, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders to improve efficiency and compliance within the HR function.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 5 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM
• MS/MA or higher and 3 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM
• Experience with HR processes, BI reporting, and change management

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into technical HRIS requirements.
• Manage multiple HRIS projects including Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, and Performance Management.
• Liaise with IT/HR/Payroll and vendors to implement solutions; document requirements and test configurations.
• Develop business cases and improvement roadmaps for HR processes and systems.
