Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) seeks a Senior HR Analyst to advance HR processes and technology. You will elicit requirements, model workflows, and coordinate with Oracle HCM teams to optimize Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, Absence Management, and Help Desk.

You will facilitate leadership sessions, analyze business rules, and develop roadmaps for capability improvements while driving stakeholder collaboration and organizational change across the lab.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 7 years of HRIS experience with Oracle HCM, or MS/MA with 5 years HRIS experience.
• Preferred: degree in HR, IS, HR management, business admin, or related field.
• Experience defining requirements, configuring Oracle HCM, testing, and deploying.
• Knowledge of process modeling, organizational development, and BI/reporting.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sessions with executives, R&D staff, and IT personnel.
• Elicit and analyze business requirements and improvements for HR processes.
• Document HR processes using diagrams, data models, and business rules.
• Support Oracle HCM implementation including Core HR, Benefits, and Recruiting.
• Identify gaps, streamline processes, and monitor performance metrics.
• Develop roadmaps and business cases for HR solutions.
• Liaise between stakeholders and solution providers; assist with change management.
