Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking a Senior HR Analyst to help optimize HR processes and systems, including Oracle HCM. You will work with leadership to elicit requirements, document processes, and drive improvements across core HR, benefits, compensation, and talent management.

The role emphasizes collaboration with executives, IT, and business stewards to design effective HR solutions, monitor performance, and support change management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum BS/BA with 7 years HRIS experience or MS/MA with 5 years HRIS experience
• Experience with Oracle HCM and HR processes across Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, Absence Management, HR Help Desk

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sessions with executives and stakeholders
• Elicit and analyze HR requirements and improvements
• Document HR processes using diagrams, data models, and rules
• Support Oracle HCM implementation and quarterly updates
• Identify process gaps and opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction
• Develop roadmaps and business cases for HR solutions
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders and IT/solution providers
• Assist with people change management and stakeholder relationships
