Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in the United States is seeking a Senior HR Analyst to optimize HR processes and workflows through elicitation, evaluation, and specification of requirements related to Oracle HCM, HRIS, and related systems.

You will collaborate with executives, R&D staff, and IT to implement improvements, develop business cases, roadmaps, and change strategies, and support deployment and quarterly updates of Oracle HCM.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 7 years of HRIS experience with Oracle HCM or MS/MA with 5 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM.
• Preferred qualifications include degrees in HR/IS/Business Admin or related fields.
• Experience with process modeling, organizational development, and HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate working sessions with executive, R&D, M&O, SMEs, and IT staff.
• Elicit and analyze business requirements for HR processes and systems.
• Document HR processes using diagrams, data models, and business rules.
• Lead Oracle HCM implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and updates.
• Identify process interfaces, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop roadmaps and business cases for HR solutions.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and solution providers.
• Assist with change management and stakeholder communications.
• Manage relationships with digital platform managers and HR stakeholders.
