Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory seeks a Senior HR Analyst to optimize HRIS processes and Oracle HCM configurations. You will partner with business leaders to elicit requirements, design solutions, and drive improvements across HR modules including Benefits, Compensation, Talent Mgt, Recruiting, and Help Desk.

You will model processes, develop business cases, and collaborate with solution providers while guiding change management and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 7 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM
• MS/MA with 5 years HRIS experience with Oracle HCM
• Degree in HR, Information Systems, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred
• Experience with BI reports, dashboards, and Power BI
• Experience in process modeling and organizational development
• Experience serving as Product Manager in agile/scrum environment

Responsibilities

• Facilitate working sessions with diverse stakeholders including executives, R&D staff, and IT staff
• Elicit and analyze HRIS requirements and improvement opportunities for HR processes
• Document HR processes using diagrams, data models, state transition models, use case scenarios, and business rules
• Lead Oracle HCM implementation across Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, Absence Management, HR Help Desk
• Identify process interfaces, gaps, variances, and user experiences
• Identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency
• Monitor and measure HR process performance (qualitative and quantitative)
• Develop improvement roadmaps and business cases for solutions
• Develop business requirements for software solutions
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and solution providers
• Assist with people change management
• Manage relationships with digital platform managers
• Contribute to HR strategic planning with knowledge of systems and integrations
