Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Business System Analyst to support Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud Finance for its global Finance Organization. You will translate business needs into robust, scalable technology solutions and partner with Finance leadership and IT to drive transformation and ongoing enhancements.

In this role, you will blend functional and technical work, lead projects in an Agile setting, and help standardize processes across Quote-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay modules, while

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in business systems analysis and IT consulting.
• 4+ years leading or directly managing a team.
• 4+ years supporting Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud applications with depth in Q2C and P2P.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and design documents.
• Conduct fit/gap analyses to evaluate customization needs vs. standard capabilities; advocate for standard adoption.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with vendors to deliver user-centric solutions.
• Investigate system behaviors, articulate root causes to non-technical stakeholders, and deliver resolutions.
• Operate in a fast-paced Agile environment across multiple projects and operational tasks.
